AN ORDINANCE OF THE MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE COUNCIL, MIAMI SHORES, FLORIDA, AMENDING SEC. 516 (5) “STRUCTURES CONSTITUTING ACCESSORY BUILDINGS” CONTAINED IN THE ZONING APPENDIX “A” OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF ORDINANCES, PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.                  1st Reading

  1. A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE COUNCIL, AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH MIAMI-DADE COUNTY TO PERFORM TRAFFIC ENGINEERING FUNCTIONS.
  1. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING CONVEYANCE OF VILLAGE PROPERTY TO MIAMI-DADE COUNTY FOR SEWER LIFT STATION OPERATION.

3)         ANNOUNCEMENTS

  1. The next meeting of the Village Council will be held at the Village Hall on Tuesday, April 4, 2017, beginning at 6:30 PM.
  2. The Fine Arts Commission will be hosting a Spring Concert in Memorial Park on Sunday, March 26th beginning at 5:00 PM, featuring the band Groovedogz.
  3. The Village will be conducting a Resident Budget Workshop on Thursday, March 30th beginning at 6:30 PM at the Community Center.
  4. The Village Council and General Obligation Bond referendum election is scheduled for Tuesday, April 18th. ALL residents will be voting at the Community Center with the polls open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

The Village Council may consider and act upon such other business as may come before it. In the event this agenda must be revised, such revised copies will be available to the public at the Village Council meeting.
