    1. Council request for planning board report and recommendation: October 12, 2017, planning board to hold a public hearing to consider allowing administrative review of metal roofs.

      The Board is in agreement to set up the public hearing to be on October 12, 2017.

    3. Council tabled the boards recommendation on resident only parking.

        Staff recommended that we wait until new Board members appointments are done on October 17, 2017 to discuss setting up a workshop. The Board is in agreement.
