Public Comment from Victor Bruce of 370 NE 101 Street - He said that is is important to have parking alongside the design guidelines because this will tell us what the building will look like and that will only happen once the investor knows what he is putting his money in. Design guidelines are great but parking guidelines should go before. He said that he had spoken to someone about this. He expressed that the Design guidelines will tell him what the building is going to look like but there might not be any implementation until he knows that the building has parking. He expressed that there might be confusion created.
