The Personnel Appeals Board is made up of five residents who are appointed by the Council for three year terms.  This Board holds hearings on complaints lodged by Village employees who feel they have unfairly been discharged or suspended for more than three days, or reduced in rank/pay.  The Personnel Appeals Board meets only when necessary.
