Charter School Authority Board of Directors

The Charter School Authority Board of Directors is comprised of thirteen individuals.  The Village Council is responsible for appointing seven individuals to sit on the Charter School Authority Board of Directors.  The remainder of the Board is comprised of the following:  two individuals appointed by Barry University, two individuals appointed by the North Dade Medical Foundation, and one individual to represent each of the PTSA groups, one for the Middle School grades and one for the High School grades.  This Board is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Doctors Charter School.
