MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE
HISTORIC PRESERVATION BOARD MEETING
The
Historic Preservation Board held its regular meeting on Monday, April 7, 2003 at the Village Hall. The meeting was called to order at 7:30
Pm
with the following members present:
PRESENT: Carolyne Cadwallader
Martha Anne Collins
Hal Marshall
William Tenney
ALSO
PRESENT: Barbara Estep,
Village Clerk
ABSENT: Bob Davis
Maria
Temkin
Steve Zelkowitz
As
newly appointed Board Members, Carolyne Cadwallader and Hal Marshall were
present, introductions and brief comments were made by each Member
regarding their interest in the Board.
ACTION ITEMS
Discussion regarding the Home
Tour
A
report on the status of the arrangements for the Home Tour, scheduled for Saturday, April 12, 2003 was presented by Mr. Tenney. Last minute details were discussed and
arrangements made for the tour. Mr.
Marshall volunteered to write thank you letters to those homes/properties
taking part in the tour. Mr. Tenney
suggested that the Board make a report on the tour to the Council at a
future date. Ms. Estep stated that
she would schedule time at a future Council Meeting.
Minutes – March 3, 2003
Ms.
Collins moved approval of the March 3, 2003 Minutes. Mr. Marshall seconded the motion and the
vote was unanimous in favor.
ADJOURNMENT
The
April 7, 2003 Historic Preservation Board Meeting was adjourned at 8:10
PM.
