The General Employee Pension Board is made up of seven individuals, including the Mayor and the Village Manager and a general employee.  Meetings are held on a quarterly basis at Village Hall.  The other five members are appointed by the Village Council for a two year term.  The Board is responsible for assisting in the administration of the pension plan, adopt investment policies, approve disability and retirement benefits, and review the Plan’s assets.
