Library Cards are free to all Miami Shores residents, proof of residency is required to obtain a library card.  Non-resident cards are available at $45.00 for an adult or family card and $25.00 for a child's card.  Replacement cards are $5.00

The Library has a wide variety of resources including:

• over 1,500 large print books for easy reading
• over 900 audio books and children's read-along books and cassettes
• 1,200 recreational and educational videos
• 126 current magazines and newspapers
• coin operated photocopier
• book delivery to our homebound patrons
• reserve system for patron book requests
• automated circulation and cataloging system
