     A)   APPROVAL OF THE  DECEMBER 7, 2003 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES.

 2)         VILLAGE COUNCIL                                                  Mark S. Ulmer

     A) MOTION TO AMEND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET TO DELETE FURTHER EXPENDITURES ON N.E. 95TH STREET BETWEEN N.E. 2ND AVENUE AND GRAND CONCOURSE.

 3)         ANNOUCEMENTS

     A)   The next meeting of the Village Council will be held at the Village Hall on February 4, 2003, beginning at 7:30 PM.

    B)    MiamiShoresVillage will be observing President's Day on Monday, February 17, 2003.  Village Hall will be closed for the day but normal garbage and recycling schedules will be followed.   

 4)         PUBLIC COMMENTS (5 Minute time limit per speaker).

 The Village Council may consider and act upon such other business as may come before it.  In the event this agenda must be revised, such revised copies will be available to the public at the Village Council meeting.

 Pursuant to Chapter 286.0105, Florida Statutes, if a person decides to appeal any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
