2.) Can anyone speak at a Council meeting?

At the conclusion of each Council meeting, there is a "public comment" item.  During this time, residents have up to five (5) minutes to address the Council.  However, this allotted time is not meant to be a "question and answer" period between the Council and the resident.

4.) Is an occupational license required for a home office?

The Village does allow certain types of businesses to be conducted from the home, as long as there are no employees working on the premises and the office space does not comprise more than 20% of the floor plan.  An occupational license is required for home businesses.  Please call the Clerk's Office for further clarification.
